A Data Center Build That Never Slowed Down.

A major AI infrastructure rollout required a secure, integrated logistics operation capable of moving high-value equipment from aircraft to storage to the build site, at the speed of the build.

Scale With Certainty

We provided an extension of the existing logistics network, bringing together the secure storage, ground capacity, handling, and final-mile delivery infrastructure required for the program. Operating within the customer’s own systems, the solution functioned as an integrated part of the operation, preserving visibility, control and continuity while allowing the footprint to scale as requirements evolved. For high-tech supply chains moving sensitive, high-value infrastructure against tight deadlines, the value is a partner with the capability to build and operate a secure, purpose-fit solution around the requirements of the program. Whether extending an existing logistics network or building a purpose-fit operation around customer requirements, We can scale with the demands of high-tech programs.

Ready to Build the Infrastructure Behind Your Next High-Tech Program?

From secure storage and ground capacity to handling and final-mile execution, our teamprovides the infrastructure and operating capability required to keep complex high-tech programs moving.

Built Around Your Operation

We integrate into your systems, processes, and compliance standards, so our facilities and teams operate as an extension of your own network.

Operational in Three Days

We stood up a secure, fully operational facility in three days, giving an active data center build the logistics capacity it needed without waiting months for a conventional setup.

The Challenge

An active data center build meant production uptime was on the line the moment hardware left the tarmac. High-value AI server and networking equipment had to move off chartered flights and into secure, compliant, bonded storage immediately, with freight also moving between two locations before reaching the build site. Any delay in receiving, handling, or securing that hardware became a delay to the build itself. A standard logistics setup, taking months to stand up and unequipped for shock-sensitive, high-value electronics, simply couldn't keep pace with a deployment schedule this aggressive.

The Solution
A Logistics Operation, Built in Three Days

A warehouse was reactivated and ready to receive freight in three days, positioned near the air hub and near the customer's data center build sites. Our fleet shuttled freight between locations and handled final-mile delivery to the build site. By keeping the freight within our own fleet from tarmac to destination, the operation reduced handoffs and maintained control of high-value equipment throughout the journey.

An Extension of the Existing Operation

We worked inside the customer's own warehouse management system, not ours. The result was an integrated operating model that preserved the customer’s visibility, control, and continuity, rather than creating another handoff in the supply chain.

Air Freight Handling Built for Sensitive Hardware

AI server and networking equipment doesn't move like standard freight. As charter flights landed, our team was on the ground to take freight directly off the aircraft. This enabled the freight to move directly into the operation, without an additional staging delay or handoff. Airline pallets were broken down and staged individually on-site, with handling protocols built around protecting shock-sensitive, high-value electronics from the tarmac to the shelf.

A Footprint That Expanded With the Build

Every facility met TAPA certification, bonded warehouse status, and the same high-security standard the freight required. What started as one warehouse grew to two, then a third within three weeks. The ability to activate, integrate, and scale infrastructure at speed allowed the operation to evolve with the demands of the build.
